The Rangel Family

Hello everyone my name is Summer and I am the mother to Shawna Rangel and the grandmother to Sawyer Grace. I am in need of help for my daughter and her family. Shawna is married to Josh Rangel and together they have a beautiful family of 5. Braelynn 5, Corbin 4, Paisley 3, and the twins Sawyer and Willow at 5 1/2 months old and they were born premature. This last week we noticed stuffy noses and what not and we figured it was a cold that was going around. Sawyer became sicker then the rest of the bunch and Shawna took her to the hospital on the 29th and she was diagnosed with Severe RSV. I immediately new this wasn't going to be good. Shawna was told to turn home with her and they gave her Tylenol and suctioned her nose and said there isn't anything else they could do and just make sure her chest doesn't cave in. Shawna returned to the hospital the next day because sawyers ribcage area was indenting from her trying to breathe. She waited in the hospital waiting room for 2 and a half hours only to be talked to for what was like 3 min and then they listened to Sawyers lungs and said she sound good and still just continue Tylenol and suction. Shawna drove home and with in five minutes of her returning home she said mom she looks like she is struggling to breathe and I said she is Shawna that hospital isn't doing there stuff right. So she drove to the next town and took her to another hospital where Sawyer was diagnosed with pneumonia in her lower left part of her lungs and rsv! She ad a oxygen level of 82 and was put on 8 liters of oxygen.She needed more medical attention than what that hospital could give. So later that night Shawna and Sawyer was flown by plane to children's mercy in Kansas City Missouri. We don't know how long thawill be or what's going to come of this but Shawna and her husband who was called out of work due to rsv being so highly contagious so they both are off work , out of state, and dealing with this tragic ordeal because I believe a hospitals wrong doings. So I'm asking for anyone help. This whole family puls be forever grateful in the help to help Sawyer grace and her family.
