Help Matthew

Hi my name is Cathleen. I am Matthew's Mom. Matthew has suffered with a great deal of pain in his jaw. It is far worse then TMJ. He has been seen by a specialist. Matthew needs to have major surgery in order to correct his issues. Even with 2 different health insurance companies he has, there is a remaining balance of $15,000. He can not be scheduled for surgery unless the balance is paid upfront. The condition of his jaw is so severe that he has developed arthritis in the major joints in both sides of his jaw. Everyday is a challenge for him to eat. The intense pain causes insomnia. Matthew has been seen by many different doctors prior to the specialist for surgery. He has tried medications, therapy, mouth guards, and multiple Botox injections. All other treatments have failed.
