My name is Aunt Gail Haywood or as Jennifer calls me (Auntie Em) I have started this Go Fund Me campaign for my dear niece - JENNIFER CARNAGHI -

In May of 2025 Jennifer was taken by ambulance from Joliet, IL. to Christ Advocate Hospital in Oak Lawn, IL. Jennifer’s diagnosis is Leukemia, unfortunately it is an aggressive type. Jennifer has had several surgeries, one of them to remove a mass from her back and since then she hasn’t been able to move from her waist down. Soon there were more complications, including two more surgeries to eradicate an infection that was not responding to the intravenous antibiotics. She ended up in the Intensive Care Unit for a while after both of those surgeries.

Jennifer, my beautiful, sweet niece is a hardworking person, mother of two, a son - Tony and a daughter - Arianna, and always believes in family first. My sisterJayne, (Jennifer’s mom) has been using Uber to visit the hospital, which is approximately 66 miles and $75+ for round trip depending on the time of day and traffic. Some of the donations would help with that. It will soon be 5 months in the hospital with no income, the bills are adding up daily, plus everyday expenses.
