Hi, my name is Jason. I’ve been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) — one of the more treatable forms of leukaemia — but the treatment is long, intense, and life-changing. I’m currently undergoing aggressive treatment, including a bone marrow transplant, which has made it impossible for me to work and has created overwhelming medical and living expenses.
Before cancer, I was a Muay Thai fighter with a deep love for martial arts and music. Training and fighting were a huge part of my life and identity. Due to my condition, I’ve had to step away from Muay Thai completely — something that’s been incredibly difficult — though I still hope that once I’m healthy, I may be able to have a few more professional fights before eventually hanging up the gloves.
Asking for help doesn’t come easily, but any support — whether through a donation or simply sharing my story — helps ease the financial burden and allows me to focus on the most important fight of my life: recovery.
