Funeral for my dad
My dad was a family man father of 7 a friend, brother, husband and son who loved his kids
Dad, first and far most i wanna thank God for you thank you for being my best friend thank you for being an amazing dad to me. I wanna thank God for the 23 years he allowed me to be in your presence, you are the most important person to me on the earth. I wanna thank you for being my safe place i wanna thank you for being my friend because i know i have a friend in you. I been there every step of the way for you even in the last days i would stop everything to make sure i was there and showed up for you.
You inspire me you inspire me to always keep it moving and keep God first place in my life. I am so thankful and grateful for such a bright light and person you were on this earth. Thank you for not only being my dad but being my provider my comfort my peace; you are truly something special. You brought such a bright light in everyone’s life. You’re the strongest person i know my hero my protector my heart. Thank you for valuing me and knowing my worth as your daughter thank you for trusting me and loving me beyond words. You were a man of your word and have such great integrity. You always told me I’m fighting to see your face everyday. I wanna thank you for putting up a tremendous fight these last few months of your health. I love you so much thank you for honoring and celebrating me all the time when it came to my craft and all the things i was proud of you was proud of me.
Dad I’m going to miss you beyond words but i am so thankful God gave me you i could’ve ask for a better father. One thing i loved about you is that you never complained about anything even when you had the right too you’re words was always is “God is good” even in your suffering. Words cannot even describe how much i love you, Love is an understatement of how much i love you. It was truly an honor and pleasure to take care of you these past few years as a daughter i been there for you since day one at the hospital with you everyday, and i would see you just to see your face. You mean the world to me than no other, i am so thankful and grateful for the love and sacrifice and value you showed me everyday. I know God is so blessed and excited to have you in heaven with him because with you you were truly heaven down here to me. You truly was a fighter you fought until the very end I’m so heartbroken.
Daddy you will be in my heart forever no one can ever take your place you’re truly one of a kind. Everytime i tell you “i love you daddy” you always tell me “i love you more than you ever know” but i think i loved you more. You were truly a gift from God, i will miss you i love you forever 11-30-21 ❤️
