Hello Friends and Family,
I have been serving in the mission field since I was 7 years old. My first trip was to the Dominican Republic with my mom and brother. We were there for 30 days helping to set up AOTK's very first nutrition center. Then I helped my mom with all of the Chicago Dream Center Short term teams that would come to Chicago just to help our center and church. I loved meeting new people and serving with them. Then God led me to Haiti for my 12th birthday because I wanted to meet the children from the special needs orphanage. I was able to help take them to therapy and put smiles on their faces. I went with my mom to Arkansas to serve after the flooding and that was a lot of hard labor. I learned to be obedient and to do things without complaining because I am so blessed. Many people lost everything in the flood. Recently, I went to Peru with my mom and a group of youth. That trip really did change my life. I guess because now I am 14 and I am starting to understand that young people can make a difference in the lives of others. Peru stretched me and changed my thinking. I really want to return back with my mom to the Dominican Republic in January 2020. My friends from Oklahoma will also be on this trip and it would be amazing to serve with them again. I had served with them in Chicago every time they visited us.
I have been selling my stuff and looking for babysitting jobs to try to raise the money, but I am short. The trip is around the corner and I could really use your help. Please consider blessing me to attend this trip. I just really want God to use me to be a blessing to the nations. I feel that it's part of my purpose to help the poor and kids. Thank you so much for anything you can help me with. I am willing to work for it!
