Hi - I'm one of Pamela O'Dell Pahl's sisters, Michele O'Dell Urtz.  I'm hoping you can help me help Pam.  She's been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, an uncurable blood cancer, and needs lots of medical care.  Chemotherapy and stem cell transplants are the usual courses of treatment.  She'll be starting with chemotherapy in the next week or two.

Unfortunately, this type of chemo is one of the more pricey types and insurance isn't covering all of it so she'll have high out of pocket costs to pay for.  There will be other expenses too - parking fees, medical supplies, etc.  In the near future, we should know if she's a candidate for a stem cell transplant. 

And thanks to the pandemic, she's also temporarily unemployed in her travel industry career for at least the next few months if not longer.  While she qualified for unemployment benefits, they are expiring soon in her state.  We know most people are in a stressful financial situation right now, again, thanx to the pandemic, so please  share this fundraiser with others or if you can spare a little (even $5 helps and adds up fast!) or  a lot, we're forever grateful for any help.
