In Memory of Anila Mucaj

On Sunday 2nd March, our hearts were shattered when Anila, a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and a friend to all, was tragically taken from us in a devastating accident while out for her usual Sunday morning run with friends. She was the rock of her family, a source of unconditional love and support. Anila’s absence leaves an unimaginable void in the lives of those who loved her most.

Anila leaves behind a loving husband Fatmir, 2 beautiful sons Orgito & Ben, whom she utterly adored and worshipped & who now face life without their beloved mother. A family that always supported each other and truly treasured their time together. As they navigate this heartbreaking loss, we want to ensure they have the support they need for the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Anila was always first to volunteer, be it for her children's activities or for their school community, assist her wide circle of friends at any stage of the day or night or to lend a hand at the many running events in the town. We are starting this GoFundMe so now we can give back & help Anila's family in their hour of need & hopefully help ease the financial burden on Anila’s family. Donations will go toward funeral expenses & repatriation costs back to her beloved Albania.
