I never thought I’d be making this post, but my grandparents desperately need help right now.

Their lives have completely changed in just a few weeks. My grandpa has faced more challenges than anyone should have to endure in such a short time. What started as a severe foot infection quickly turned into multiple hospital stays, a wound vac, and now the heartbreaking loss of all five of his toes. He’s facing another major surgery for a skin graft, and the road ahead is long, painful, and uncertain.

Before all of this, my grandpa was the rock of our family. He was the one who took care of everything—driving, cooking, cleaning, outside chores—you name it, he did it. He was also the main provider for my grandma, whose health isn’t the greatest either. To see him now unable to do the things he once did so easily is heartbreaking.

My grandparents are two of the most selfless people you could ever meet. They’ve always been the ones to give, never to ask. They have spent their lives putting others first, and now they’re the ones who truly need help. Not only are they struggling with grandpa’s health, but the financial burden that comes with it has become overwhelming. Between medical bills, medications, propane to heat their home, utilities, and everyday living expenses, they are drowning.

We’re asking for help to take some of the weight off their shoulders so grandpa can focus on healing and my grandma can focus on supporting him through this journey. Every single donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward their medical and living expenses.
