To my friends and family, I am writing to share the heartbreaking news of the unexpected passing of my nephew, Victor Raymond Tarr, on Sunday morning. In light of this tragedy, my family is seeking your prayers and support. Victor was a funny and loving soul who brought joy to everyone around him. If you needed a laugh or a good time, Victor was always the person to call. His family meant everything to him; he adored his mom and grandma, his brothers, and his sisters, and he was fiercely protective of them, earning him the Indian name "the bear." He also cherished his cousins and friends, and everyone loved him in return. It is with deep sadness that we prepare to lay him to rest. Any donations to help us send Victor home would be greatly appreciated. His wish was to be laid to rest alongside his father, Alan.
