Sarah is a self-employed dog trainer and has been actively involved in dog rescue. She loves helping people enjoy life with their dogs. As a former champion agility competitor, agility training has been one of her specialties, but her real passion is helping people understand how to communicate with their dogs.
Sarah has worked hard to build a career out of helping others. She lives by herself thousands of miles from family members, but thankfully has a fantastic group of friends who are helping with meals, travel to doctor visits and moral support. Sarah is anxious to return to full time work, following her passion of helping create healthy and happy relationships between her human and canine clients.
Sarah's new treatment will take 5 weeks. While Sarah plans to work as much as possible during this time, she may not be able maintain her regular schedule (due to the side effects of her radiation), which includes several classes a week plus traveling to clients' homes for personal training sessions. Any amount you can contribute toward her support is SO GREATLY appreciated!! The money will be used for continuing to pay toward her medical and daily expenses until she can return to work full-time. Thank you! And if you have a training question, Sarah will be happy to answer it as she is able.
Sarah says: If you know someone with cancer please know that they'd love to hear you call just to say hello. Cancer had never touched my family until I got it. I'm amazed at how many friends I know who have now told me they are cancer survivors. This gives me such great inspiration!
