On October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 hurricane, devastated my beautiful country Jamaica . Lives were lost, homes were lost, and men, women, and children are without food, clothing, and basic necessities needed to sustain their lives.

I am doing this as a citizen of Jamaica living abroad. I have bought shoes, clothing for men women and children that is now shipped to Jamaica. My company is Gentle Hands Home Care Agency LLC, I'm a nurse of 14 years, my company is licensed bonded and insured. Proceeds will be used to buy toiletries non perishable food items bed linens towels washcloths deodorants tissues.

This donation will be used to buy clothing (Old Navy has partnered with my company, Gentle Hands Home Care Agency LLC, to supply clothing), and FedEx has offered a discount in shipping supplies to Florida, where Purple Courier will ship to Jamaica to agencies that will distribute to these areas. Nothing is too small to donate.

As the holiday season is coming, most of us Jamaicans will not be buying our family gifts but are dedicated to making sure that the victims of Hurricane Melissa have what they need to survive. Please help me to help them. Thank you.
