Hello, I am a trans man who is unable to safely bind and struggles to pass for this I've been offered top surgery abroad for £3,600 and I am just under a third of the way there. I have regular seizures and a skin condition that are both complicated by binding. All other top surgeons at this price range have turned me down for these reasons, so I am determined not to waste this opportunity. I have been out of work for my health after having rapid decline last year from the stress of blowing the whistle against dangerous conditions at my last job in a mental health unit. So it has been difficult to raise the money I need but top surgery will make a huge difference to me. The waitlist on the NHS is years and I'm in so much pain when I bind but I feel so much dysphoria when I don't. So I'm determined to be boobless this time next year!
