Help Bring Maddie Home - Lawyer Fund

The goal is lofty, but im hoping we can reach it. I am asking everyone who possibly can, please donate a few bucks to this. 
My daughters future literally depends on this.

Madison was born April 3 2012, a beautiful girl weighing 7lbs 2ozs I was such a proud father



a few months later however and my relationship with her mother had come to an end. 

At first we were able to agree that maddie should be able to see both of us 50/50 and agreed that I would have Maddie 7am Fridays to 7pm mondays and my ex would have her 7pm mondays -7am fridays. This worked great! until my ex unilaterally decided she no longer liked this (I believe its because she realized that since our incomes we near the same she wouldnt get child support with 50/50, I believe this because immediately after she restricted madison's access to me she started demanding child support), and because the original agreement wasnt put into a court order she was able to limit Madison's access to me to what she felt was better for herself (every other weekend and wednesdays) 

Since then we have been fighting in court. I have been able to work my way up to having Madison 41% of the time (Every Wednesday 8am-Thursday 2pm and every other Friday 8am-Monday 2pm) and I have been able to do this self represented with some guidance from friends.





Just recently though she decided to fight dirty and made accusations that I was violent and a danger to Madison. So now CAS is involved and has ordered supervised access only when my ex feels like it. She is also filing an emergency motion to remove my access.

Firstly, anyone who knows me knows such accusations are ridiculous. I love my daughter with all my heart and would never hurt her, or really anyone else for that matter. So many times I've been told to fight dirty against my ex and I couldn't even do that. 

Secondly, this will cause a massive amount of psychological harm to Madison. Not only will Madison go from seeing her dad the most (my ex works nights so sleeps while maddie is awake) to seeing her dad the least and a babysitter the most. But she will also miss out on imperitive bonding time with her new born brother Mason.



The family legal system is backwards. People who want to see their children have to fight for it, and in the end those who want to stop it can make accusation after accusation and ruin a person and get away with it.

I cannot afford a lawyer on my own. I have a family of 4 and dont make a lot of money at my job. I never would ask for help before, my pride was too important. But now my pride doesnt matter. The only thing that matters is that Madison is reunited with her family and these detrimental games that my ex wants to play come to an end. So please. If you can spare a few dollars...any amount will help.  It will help us get a family lawyer to help with this, you will be helping to bring a loving family back together and we will be forever grateful.
