Janes Journey

My name is Sean Taylor, and I created this GoFundMe for my beautiful niece named Jane. Jane is 2 years old, and unfortunately, a great majority of her life has been spent in and out of the hospital. In July of 2017, Jane was diagnosed with medicine refractory epilepsy which means her epilepsy is resistant to drugs. Doctors have tried over 10 medications and treatments for Jane, all of which have failed. It was a year ago in March 2018 that Jane was hospitalized for nearly a month and she was intubated/sedated because her seizures would not stop. It is now March 2019 and Jane is back in the hospital with influenza A that caused her to go into epileptic status. She is intubated again, and won’t be leaving the hospital for some time. I am hoping with this GoFundMe that it can help alleviate the medical expenses for my brother and his wife that way Jane can continue receiving the medical attention she needs.
