Hello! As many of you are aware, our dad Ken Hamilton, was recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer in July. This is a blood cancer of the plasma cells which means that his entire body is affected. There is no cure for this disease.
This is an opportunity to help Ken with the costs associated with this heartbreaking diagnosis. Your loving donations will help with ongoing hospital and doctor bills, continuous medications, tests and procedures, travel expenses from Bailey to Denver multiple times a week and required lodging expenses for his before and after care of his upcoming stem cell transplant in January.
Ken is a man who loves God with all of his heart, and is such an amazing husband, dad, and papa/bappy. He gives everyday to the Lord in all things, and lives each day so that others may see Christ in him. Though Dawn has retired from the office manager position at Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je, she continues to serve at camp and Ken serves in the position of guest group coordinator.
Many of you, dear friends and family, have had loved ones diagnosed with cancer and know what a blessing it is to receive support in a time like this. We ask that if you are able, please donate to this cause for Ken. Any amount would be greatly welcomed and appreciated. Along with this, and most importantly, we ask that you lift Ken and his wife Dawn up in your daily prayers. Pray for peace and strength in the hard times to come and that they will see God’s will in all of this.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you so much for your support!
