Jan Liska's Funeral arrangements

As most people associated with Jackson Kayak know already, last week, Jan Liska was killed in an Avalanche in the French Alps where he worked in the winter as a backcountry ski guide.   Jan was the European Fishing Team Mgr for Jackson Kayak and was a very close friend. Jan touched many peoples lives around the world with his infectious love for all things "kayak fishing"...    The circumstances at the moment are difficult for his family in many ways.   I am starting this "gofundme" drive to help develp funds for his funeral and also for other associated expenses of his death.   

Jan worked for me at Jackson Kayak and had been developing a plan over the past few weeks that allowed him to travel less and spend more time with his family who were in need of his help.   That help he planned to provide his family is no longer possible, but together we can still help him make a difference for his family.   The biggest help we (his friends and fellow team members) can do now is to help develop some needed funds to offset the costs associated with his death and maybe even a bit extra to help through this very difficult time.

Please join me and Sonia in providing a donation (no matter what size donation that is) to help his family with funeral costs, travel and other needed expenses in order to get through this difficult time with the passing of their son and brother.

We need these funds as soon as possible, as I plan to deliver a check to the family when I fly to Czech Republic for his funeral in the next few days.
