Hello family, we are writing this on behalf of our amazing sister Yesenia. We need your giving hearts to come together to show her that their are people like her out there. People who care to help others even when times are tough for them. Yesenia is 40 y.o. and a hardworking mom of 3. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent cancer treatment just 5 years ago. While she was going through chemo, she still found the strength to put together community events for families in need. That thanksgiving she fed over 100 people, played games the local children and managed to show other so much compassion while deep down she was fighting her own painful battle. But this is who she is. The type of woman who will laugh and smile and give you words of encouragement even though her world might be tough.

Just when we thought she fully beat cancer, today we found out that she has developed bone cancer in her hip and leg. But being the warrior she is, she is ready to fight again. This time we need to show her the same love that she so freely gives to others. That this time her family and friends are with her and willing to give even when times might be tough for us. We know that as a community we can come together to fight with her, for her, and for her babies as the warriors that we all are. Anything that's in your heart to give will help her continue her treatment for this new found cancer and any extra will be going towards any bills from her previous treatment. Hola familia, escribimos esto en nombre de nuestra increíble hermana Yesenia. Los necesitamos de corazones para unirnos y mostrarle que hay gente como ella. Gente que se preocupa por ayudar a los demás, incluso cuando los tiempos son difíciles para ellos. Yesenia tiene 37 años, es una madre trabajadora que lucha por sus 3 hijos. Le diagnosticaron cáncer de seno hace 2 años y se sometió a tratamiento contra el cáncer. Mientras ella estaba pasando por la quimioterapia, todavía encontró la fuerza para organizar eventos de communidad para familias necesitadas. Un día de acción de gracias alimentó a más de 100 personas, jugó con los niños locales y reunio las fuerzas para mostrar tanta compasión a los demás mientras que en el fondo ella estaba peleando su propia dolorosa batalla. Pero esta es ella! El tipo de mujer que se reirá y sonreirá y te dará palabras de aliento aunque su mundo sea difícil. ¡Ella es una sobreviviente de cáncer del seno porque ese año luchó y estuvo libre de cáncer! Su reciente tratamiento contra el cáncer la dejó con un montón de facturas médicas que no a terminado de pagar porque a priorizado a sus 2 niñas adolescentes y su niño de 7 años.

Justo cuando pensábamos que había vencido por completo al cáncer, hoy descubrimos que ha desarrollado cáncer de hueso en la cadera y la pierna. Pero siendo la guerrera que es, está lista para luchar de nuevo. Este vez necesitamos mostrarle el mismo amor que ella da a los demás. Necesitamos mostrarle que esta vez su familia y amigos están con ella y dispuestos a dar incluso cuando los tiempos pueden ser difíciles para nosotros. Sabemos que como comunidad podemos unirnos para luchar con ella, por ella y por sus ninos como los guerreros que todos somos. Cualquier cosa que esté en tu corazón dar le ayudará a continuar su tratamiento para este nuevo cáncer y cualquier extra se utilizará para las facturas medicas de su tratamiento anterior.
