My name is Dan and this is my wife, Heather. Heather tripped on the sidewalk and faceplanted, knocking out one of her front teeth and chipping another. We went to the emergency dentist and quickly found out that our health insurance does not cover an implant or crown. We are sincerely asking for any help for this unexpected medical expense.
