We are reaching out today to ask for your support for an incredible woman, our sister, Kari, who is facing the fight of her life. Kari is a loving wife to Mitch, mom of two young children, Paytin (8) and Carter (4) and the heart and soul behind her thriving hair salon. She’s always been the one to put others first, offering her warmth, talent, and energy to everyone she meets. Now, it’s our turn to help her when she needs it most.

Kari was recently diagnosed on December 9th at just the young age of 37, with invasive ductal carcinoma a form of breast cancer. This has become such a shock to all of those in her life. As she begins her treatment, her world has been turned upside down. She’s not just battling this disease she’s also trying to care for her two young children, and keep things going at home with her husband, Mitch.

As anyone who knows Kari knows she’s a fierce fighter, but this road ahead will be long and challenging.

The reality is, with the demands of treatment and the physical toll it takes, Kari is unable to work, and the stress of bills and daily expenses is growing. Her hair salon, which has always been a source of pride and joy for her, is now facing financial pressure as she takes time to fight this battle. Kari has always been there for her clients—making them feel beautiful, listened to, and cared for—and now it’s our chance to return that love and support.
