This is very hard for me. During the past year, I have had to deal with a difficult domestic situation that was not on my radar, as well as ongoing health issues. I had surgery for these health problems on Friday and also have not worked regularly in about five months. I am very optimistic that this surgical procedure will correct most, if not all, of the problems that I have been dealing with.

Because of these issues, I have lost weight and find myself in a deep hole, financially, physically and emotionally. I feel strongly that I can bounce back, but truly need any help that I can get to cover my insurance deductible and allow me to get back on my feet.
