Support For A New Car After Storm, Deemed Total Loss
Donation protected
Earlier this month, my car was destroyed in a severe weather accident. A tree fell on my house and car. It was officially deemed a total loss by insurance so I no longer have a car. Unfortunately, the insurance coverage did not stretch far enough to help with a new vehicle. I'm now facing the reality of needing a reliable car again, with no means to afford the down payment on my own.
I want to be clear: I fully understand that a car is a privilege, not a right. But having one makes a world of difference when it comes to getting to work, running errands, and handling basic life responsibilities. Since the loss of my car was weather related and out of my control, I figured there’s no harm in reaching out and seeing if I can receive some financial support.
If you’re in a position to help, whether through a donation or simply sharing, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every bit brings me closer to putting a down payment on a safe and reliable car after this unexpected loss.
Thank you for reading and for any support, big or small. It truly means the world
