Surgery for Piper

My friends sweet dog, Piper, is in need of surgery for her back. On July 22nd she herniated a disc in her back and has since not had full function of her back legs. Piper is in need of this surgery in order to have a chance at a normal life and to gain mobility back in her back legs. My friend has to find a way to come up with $5,000 by tomorrow, July 24th for the surgery. Please help piper and please help my friend, Hailey, who does not want to see her dog get worse and worse every single day. Thank you for your support, friends.
