my name is zander, i’m a 22 years old transmasculine person and i’m finally getting top surgery on february 13th 2026! this is a long awaited goal of my transition before i even knew who i was, something i’ve wanted since i was 12 years old. the process alone to get this procedure has been ongoing since july 2024. and now, with the surgery date being so close, i am deciding to ask for help. i will be taking a month off of work to recover and need some assistance saving the money i need to support my half of my monthly expenses for our apartment as well as other bills, cat supplies, and food for the month. i’m doing all i can to save as much as possible but with the holidays coming around, struggling to maintain hours at my job, and the overall cost of living growing exponentially day by day, it’s been near impossible to gather the funds i need in the future while also staying on top of them presently. i’ve honestly been really hesitant to make this, telling myself that i can do everything on my own, but i’m swallowing my pride and at least just throwing this out there in case i can even get a hundred dollars (which would still help a ton and be appreciated more than anyone could ever know). please don’t feel pressured to donate or share but anything helps. happy holidays!!
