Update 9/20/25: Another Ashley update and unfortunately it is not good news. She has been having unmanageable pain as well as issues with her skin, nails, and swelling. Her doctor has discovered that she is allergic to the titanium that was put into her leg and ankle to pin her bones together to heal. September 23 Ashley will be having surgery to remove all of the metal. This is taking her back to almost step one again. The timeline for her healing or being able to be able to work has been pushed back again. She’s feeling in low spirits. Any positive vibes, prayers, or contributions you can send her way are appreciated.

Update: Ashley update y’all! Physical therapy has been put off due to unexpected nerve damage and slow healing. The doctors think she needs more time before putting extra stress on the area as a result of her bone not fusing in the expected time frame. She is appreciative of the help that she has received and so very grateful for the help to come. She’s sending a big thank you and a hug to all for the prayers and assistance through this unexpected misfortune.

Original post: Hi everyone! Last week, my coworker Ashley took a fall on her way to work and broke her leg. It is broken in multiple places, and she will need to have surgery. This Tuesday, they will repair the ligaments and place plates, pins, and screws into her leg. This is a very intrusive procedure and will require a couple of months of healing.

I would like to try and help by raising some money to go towards her rent and utilities. Please help if you can She is in for a hard time, but she is very strong.
