Help Lilo get oxygen backpack!

Hello everyone my name is Shandel, I am doing this gofund me for my amazing grandfather Hipolito Velez. He traveled from Puerto Rico for a short vacation to Connecticut and because of unforseen circumstances he has now seen himself here for over 2 years. His breathing condition has worsened and been compromised to the point of 24/7 oxygen. His wish is to make it to Puerto Rico at least for a few months, he is homesick. I am asking for donations as the only way to get him there with no complications would be a Inogen G5 portable backpack which makes its own oxygen and is very light weight unlike the big tank he cannot carry himself now, he would be able to travel and go out as he wishes.
