Getting Out of a Bad Living Situation

My name is Aris. For about 15 years now I've been living in a household that has progressively growing more hostile towards me.

Verbal and emotional abuse was rampant and while not as common, physical abuse happened occationally as well.

Family I worked hard to support took advantage of me. If things weren't going well the blame was always put on me. Either I was too crazy or I wasn't working hard enough and for a long time I belived it.

 

Now I finally have a chance to get out of this situation. Friends of mine are willing to take me in, something that will be a huge undertaking as they live all the way on the other side of the US.

 

I'll be moving from Maine all the way to Washington.

 

I'm seeking money to help lessen the financial burden of this trip on my friends. I've bankrupted myself trying to take care of things in my current living situation and have very little to put towards a massive cross country undertaking.

 

Money from this fundraser will be spent on the following:

 

Moving Rental costs

Gas

Meals while traveling

 

And most importantly, ensuring my cats have a safe and happy travel experience.
