Tina Tamburrino fights like a girl. She has to. Now she needs your help.
Most of us know Tina as a gregarious friend, a supportive sister, or a loving daughter. She’s also one hell of a sales talent. Her professional ability always has been appropriately rewarded. True to her reputation, this red-haired spitfire never had a hard time closing a sale and finding the next opportunity. But, last November when she was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer and released from her job in the same week, all of that changed.
Forced into the fight of her life, Tina has to put her career on hold.
We had hoped with six months of chemotherapy and one lumpectomy that the doctors would give her a greenlight. Alas, Tina is still fighting. While her prognosis is good, they have scheduled three more months of grueling weekly treatments. This news, coupled with denied disability claims, are distracting her from her fight.
Anyone who has either been diagnosed or watched someone they love battle cancer knows how emotionally taxing it can be. We set up this account to help Tina during this difficult time so she will focus on getting healthy, rather than worrying about her financial health.
$5 or $50, crowdsourcing adds up. Please, help us add it up for Tina. She would do the same for you.
