Hello everyone, I am reaching out for support as I navigate a challenging moment in my life. This fall, I am set to start college—a dream that I have tirelessly pursued. However, my health and financial circumstances have created significant obstacles, making it difficult for me to reach campus independently. As some of you may know, I live with a prosthetic leg. Despite my efforts to move forward, the past year has presented numerous challenges, leaving me physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted.  Recent Challenges I have is Finding the right prosthetic fit has been a lengthy and demanding process, and unfortunately, I still have not found the appropriate leg. This poor fit has led to a severe infection in my residual limb, resulting in: -Numerous Doctor's Appointments I have spent weeks in waiting rooms, traveling to specialists, and focusing solely on my recovery. - Inability to Work:I had hoped to secure a full-time summer job to save for tuition, books, and living expenses. However, due to the infection, pain, and constant medical appointments, maintaining a traditional job has been physically impossible.  

Why I Need Your Support  College represents an opportunity for me to create a bright and independent future, but currently, the financial situation is daunting. Medical bills have accumulated, and the savings I intended for school have been depleted as I prioritize my healing. I am determined to walk onto that college campus this fall, but I cannot do it alone. I am raising funds to assist with: 1. Essential college expenses, including textbooks, tuition gaps, and school supplies. 2. Basic living and transportation costs to ensure I can attend classes and continue my medical appointments.
