My name is Caleb Mills. On October 10, 2015, my daughter Addison was born at 23 weeks weighing just 1 pound. I am from DFW Texas, and she was born prematurely in California. At her current state the doctors say she has a 25% chance of survival with only a 10% chance of being healthy. She needs heart surgery to stop damage from being done to her lungs, because she has a condition called patent ductus arteriosis. She will be able to have the surgery when she can breathe on her own without a pump. I am currently on leave from work, and I am staying here in California with only the supplies I could fit into a backpack. I spend every day here at her side praying for her safety. Any help I receive is appreciated greatly and it would allow me to stay at her side. All extra funds left over will be donated directly to the Ronald McDonald House charity here in California which supports people in my current situation.
This link will explain her heart condition.
