My little child works with their father to meet our needs for water and food. My little ones stand on a water line all day long to provide non-drinking water, but they stand in a line. I have to eat food, and most of it follows. After hours of waiting, fate ends and my little ones return without food. I was unable to provide food rich in calcium, minerals and vitamins to strengthen his body. After 10 months of not having medical capabilities, I was able to present my little one to a doctor who asked him to undergo another operation and not move and rely on his foot and not. Carrying heavy things. My child needs surgery. Help me so that I can travel with my child so that I can show him to a doctor and continue his life like the children of the world.
