Hello, My name is Elizabeth Oglesby but everyone calls me Bip. My husband and I are humbly asking for any help with our vet bill. Our sweet Paco cam into our lives January 1st 2022. He's been such a sweet boy from day one. He definitely helped us fill the void and bring new joy to us right after we lost our 15 year old pup, Chito, 2weeks prior.

We took him to his regular vet on Saturday, August 27th. He got a Wellness check and the Bordetella vaccine. He's had this vaccine before.

Yesterday, Sunday, August 28th, he was very lethargic and sleepy all day long. After looking up the symptoms it seemed like possible vaccine reaction and should go away within 24-48 hours. I called several emergency vets because his vet was closed, and they were at capacity but then let me know that his symptoms were common.

Today, he has a severe head tilt. His body wants to curve to the right. He cannot stand

He hasn't eaten or drank water. I called the vet as soon as hey opened and they had me bring him in right away. They suggested he go to emergency but I told them how they said they were at capacity, meaning his situation was not an emergency so they didn't take him in.

Reluctantly, the Dr. Said to leave him to run blood tests and possibly hospitalize him or the day. They close at 5 pst so they wouldn't be able to keep him longer than that.

Throughout the day they call me letting me know what new med they were going to try and basically had zero progress. 5pm came and I had to pick him up and h was still curled to the right side with his head tilted up and to the right and just staring like a zombie. $642 and we have zero answers.

I'm starting this fund so that we can possibly get him checked out by a neurologist. The vet thinks he might have bumped his head and now has some brain trauma. He needs a specialist to look at his brain to help us determine proper treatment. He does wrestle with our 5 month old puppy and is possible that they fell off the bed or couch while playing.

I cant imagine losing him at this young age. He's been such a huge blessing to us and our mental and emotional health.
