I am a 52 year old mother of 3 kids and 6 grandkids. I have been sick all my life but my heart is at a point where no more medical intervention is viable except a transplant. I am on disability and need funding to pay for the expenses associated with this process. I have no idea how much I need, but anything is appreciated.
