My name is Tracy Bender, and I am starting a Go Fund Me page for my sister-in-law, Heather Donscheski and her beautiful family. Heather is a 38 year old mother of three to Mya (12), Kane, (10), and Brielle (4), and wife to Drew. Heather was born and raised in Nebraska, and is a graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School. Her family eventually relocated in Iowa. Heather began a career as a Real Estate agent in Iowa and Nebraska a few years ago, and her husband Drew continues to serve the state of Iowa in law enforcement.

Recently Heather felt a small lump, and went in right away for assessment. She has been diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Triple Positive breast cancer. Heather has just begun the treatment process, and will be seeking expert opinions at this time to determine her treatment team. Heather has also undergone genetic testing, as her grandmother passed of cancer at the young age of 50. Heather wants to take all precautions necessary to protect her daughters and relatives. She is ofcourse overwhelmed with all of the information coming at her, and will need to make some tough and quick decisions regarding care. Heather is blessed with a very strong support network, and we would like to lessen her family’s burden and ensure that finances do not hinder her from receiving the best care available to fight this cancer!
