A little goes a long way

Hi! My name is Nicole Beaupre and I am a single mother to two teenagers. I'm not one that likes to tell people I'm struggling or to ask for help, but I'm at a point right now, that I am humbly asking for help.

I know everyone is struggling right now, but the last 6 months have been a lot. I had to get a new car, medical issues for myself and the kids, mental health stuff, procedures, hospital visits, beginning of the school year stuff, etc.

Trying to make ends meet, along with all the extra stuff going on is really taking a toll on me. We have food in the house, but it's not the healthiest. It's whatever I can afford to buy.

Now like many others, Hurricane Milton left us to evacuate for 5 days, and left some damage on our roof above my sons room. At the minimum, we are trying to at least fix the part above his room, because I know replacing the whole roof will cost a lot.
