The Vision:

Earth Guardians is a global group of young solutionaries working to create a better world through activism, art, media, and music. Our vision is a world where young people understand the way each decision we make affects other people and the planet. We are committed to bringing about this vision by elevating the voice of our young leaders - as it is this generation that will be most affected by the deicisons we make today.

This December, the United Nations is meeting to discuss and come to an agreement on how to address climate change and reduce global greenhouse gas emmissions. It is billed as one of the most important conferences for the future of our planet. We have an incredible opportunity to amplify the youth voice during these talks and make world leaders pay attention to those who will be most affected by climate change!

The Goal:

We are envisioning our amazing crew leaders from all over the world convening in Paris during COP21 to call on world leaders to act.

In order to make this goal a reality, we need your help. We want crew leaders from smaller, underrepresented countries to fly in to Paris so that they may have a voice in these discussions for the sake of their home countries which are vulnerable to climate change and for their generation. We have chosen amazing youth leaders from Ghana, Bhutan, Australia and other youth from Indigenous backgrounds to lead the way!

The Team:

What Your Donations Goes To:

Earth Guardian youth are standing up on every continent to safeguard our environment for future generations. Funding is needed to bring youth leaders from Australia, Bhutan, Ghana, and other underrepresented countries to Paris to represent diverse, young voices in the climate movement.

In Paris, our young leaders will be hosting several solutions activation trainings. The first training will be hosted at the Conference of Youth in the lead-up to COP21, where youth from all over the world will be looking to network and develop plans to organize after the conference. This RYSE training will galvanize, train, and inspire youth to be effective organizers in the climate movement, allowing them to implement their own solutions-based projects. Earth Guardians have also been invited to implement an officially-sanctioned workshop and performance during COP21 with delegates and other activists invited to attend. Finally, we are partnering with Solutions COP21 on a six-day Climate Experience in which we will train youth with another solutions activation training and create a network of young leaders to begin creating locally-planned solutions-based projects in hundreds of communities!

THANK YOU for helping bringing our youth leaders to Paris so that they may speak up for their generation and for those who follow!

You can also support us for the next week until it closes by voting EVERYDAY on both of our songs "Indigenous Roots" and "Speak for the Trees" for the Global Challenge Youth Music Contest which can also support us in getting to COP21 if we win.
