Get Kelly A New Wheelchair

My mothers wheel chair was stolen from a gas station while she was placing it into the car, she is now using an older wheelchair from years back that we have fixed so it is still in acceptable condition. The tires are wore out and the actual wheelchair it's self is coming apart. The brakes do not work and it is upsetting watching her try to move from the couch (bed, chair bathroom) into the chair and even a couple times she's fallen out and I have had to help her up.
