Help my family to survive

Hello,

My name is Eman, a Palestinian living in Canada since 2018. I left Gaza nearly 10 years ago, I moved to Lebanon regarding my husband’s treatment. He became paralyzed after being shot while covering an event in Gaza 2011 as a photographer. A few years later I had to leave there and to stable in Canada.

Everyday I spent away from my family, the longing grows deeper, counting the days to meet mom, dad, siblings, and my beloved ones in Gaza. Unfortunately, the ongoing situation in Gaza broke my heart violently I realized that this won’t happen if they didn’t get the chance to get out from Gaza. I created this fundraise because I did everything I can to help them, but it didn’t work. Hopefully I still have a chance to save their life through this platform.

I’m reaching you out urgently to get your support to evacuate my beloved 22 family members (including 8 children) to arrange a safe fleeing to Egypt. This platform is the only hope for them, they have been in danger for almost five months, there is still a chance to save them.

Since the war started, my family evacuated from the north to the south where they thought will be a safe place, then they had to evacuate from their place in Hay Al Amal in Khan Younus, and moved to the red cross medical centre, in two weeks they had to evacuate for the fourth time to Rafah. Currently, there is no safe place for them to live or to go, as of now they are living in tiny tents doesn’t fit them.

They all are facing terrible condition. My younger sister and her twin’s baby were removed from the rubble in the third day of her cesarean delivery, she was waiting that moment for many years, but it happened in the worst situations, thankfully her babies survived and she a live, while shrapnel stucks in the head and still needs to be removed.

Nehad is my older caring sister, she has five kids who have many dreams and things to do. They all live in a tent beside my parents and single siblings in Rafah.

Mohammed and his wife still in the North in a partly destroyed. They are facing hunger and horrible circumstances.

My family members are (dad, mom andsingle brothers Abdulhady and Nour. Married sister Nehad with her 5 kids. sister Aya with her 2 babies and husband. brother Basel with his 4 kids and wife. Mohammed and his wife).

I don’t want to feel useless toward my beloved family who I haven’t seen for almost ten years, so I’m trying my best to help them to survive, but it won’t be done without your support.

This fundraiser will exactly cover the fleeing fee from Gaza to Egypt for (14 adults and 8 Children), plus the GoFundMe transaction fees (2.9% plus $0.30 per donation).
