A Friend in Need

Hi, my name is Rami and I am fundraising for my work colleague Bernadette. She is an amazing paraprofessional who serves young adults with special needs.

Sadly, she recently found out her husband has an aggressive brain tumor. This sudden news is devastating for the family. Bernadette works long hours during the day and takes care of her aging mother at night. She needs to take time off work to help her husband.

Unfortunately, her work does not offer sick leave during the summer.
