This is our daughter Corey, her husband Ken and their daughter Annabelle.  On Wednesday, November 18th, Ken was driving his motorcycle home from work when he was struck by a car.  He was wearing his helmet but the motorcycle was destroyed.  He has a broken rib and multiple bones broken in his lower right leg.  He had surgery on November 19th to put pins in his leg.  He will be in a cast for an indefinite period of time.  He will not be able to work during this time.

Ken served in our military for 12 years.  He is now a civilian.  He receives no pension.  He has no health insurance.  He is the sole support of his family at this time.  He recently started a new job but was not at it long enough to receive a paycheck yet.  Corey is unable to work at this time because she is 7 months pregnant.

They recently moved to Florida so they have little to no support system in place.  These monies will be used to help them pay for Ken's eventual physical therapy as well as keeping the house going (i.e. utilities, food).

I'm sorry that we have to ask you all again so soon after Jason's death.  Our entire family is grateful to any help we receive.
