We are Team Jennifer, a group of friends and family supporting Jennifer Tanton, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.
Jennifer is facing her diagnosis and treatment with courage, grace and a holistic approach. As a single mother her concerns lie with the well being of her two boys, Nate 8 and Ben 10 and as a substitute teacher she unfortunately has no income at this time. We are raising money to help reduce any financial worries she may have during her intense Chemo/Radiation treatment and what we anticipate to be a full recovery.
As a devoted (Super) mom, loyal friend, coach and teacher, Jennifer is one of the most caring, positive optimistic & selfless people we know. She has been teaching people in our community how to skate for 34 years! Jennifer is very passionate about hockey, first volunteering with the Dartmouth Subway Major Midget Project for several years as a trainer and conditioning coach and over the past 6 years she has been coaching her son’s teams within the Whalers organization.
Jennifer has always been there for so many of us and now it's her time to receive! Thank you for your support, no amount is too small.
