Help us invite Altai Kai for an european tour !

Hi, i'm Lucas Vertesi, from Switzerland

We recently created a small cultural society called Henosis in my hometown, in hope to promote different types of arts from around the world

I am deeply touched by the music from the republic of Altai, in particular their "kai" throat singing techniques, specific to this region of the world

Altai Kai is a world famous ensemble, virtousos of throat singing from the Altai Republic.

Winners of many international competitions and festivals, including prestigious world music festivals as Womex (Spain) and Womad (UK)

It's the only band from Altai republic touring around the world

Altai Kai revealed to us the beauty of Altai, the eternal voice of its nature, the fascinating mystical sound of the ancient throat singing of Kai.

You may have seen bands from Mongolia, Tuva republic, or other parts of Siberian Asia give concerts in Europe, but we never see Altai music.

Altai Kai have not come to europe for many years for there was no occasion for them to come

My goal is to raise funds to help me cover the prices of the flight tickets and of the car, train, and various other transports and accomodations that i will organise to make a tour through some European countries for them, in hope to make the world see and not forget this beautiful music from a wonderful culture that helped me so much in life
