Unexpected Brain Tumor

My name is Jeremy. I've been out of work for about a month as I've been put on restrictions because of the biopsy done on my brain on Monday, the week of Thanksgiving. The studies have shown that I in fact have a grade 2 brain tumor.

It's is important for me to raise money for monthly bills and for my family. I'm not sure when I'll be able to go back to work. I'm having surgery for the tumor to be removed on the 15th of January. Everything has happened unexpectedly at an accelerated rate.
