Surgery & recovery

Hi everyone, my name is Kim Pappas & I am getting ready to have surgery on May 25th. I will be off from May 25th - Jun 10. I will not be able to work from home for at least 2 weeks so am not going to receive any pay during this time. I would so appreciate anyone who would be able to help.
