We live in a time where money is used to abuse the legal system. Thus making it easy for those who are well off to silence their critics.

My friend, Dean aka DA Talks, is a Youtuber who uses his small platform to investigate varies internet personalities. Recently he has been investigating people in the indie comics community. Preston Poulter, aka Pocket Jack Comics on YouTube, and his associate John Lamont have both been covered on Dean's YouTube channel and are now using their financial privilege's to use the legal system as a vehicle to not only censor Dean, but to financially bankrupt him. Preston Poulter proudly boasts about his family's wealth that he draws a monthly allowance from. Mr. Poulter also brags about being litigious.

I am making this gofundme to help support Dean as he is now being forced to fight back when he isn't capable of doing so on his own.

Right now the goal is set to $1,000 so Dean can obtain a lawyer. Once that goal is met we will increase the goal based on the fees needed for the lawsuit. Any remaining funds will be donated to the Institute For Free Speech.

Hopefully this can give Dean a fighting chance to combat this attempt at silencing free speech and send a message to people who use their financial privileges to abuse the justice system.
