8C Belmont Blast - CA State Games Championship

Our 8C Belmont Blast softball team battled their way to 5th place in the USA Softball Northern California regional championships and qualified for the California State Games tournament in San Diego where they will be competing against top teams from across the state for the title of California's top softball team.

The girls showed resiliency, great sportsmanship, strong teamwork and great attitude throughout and were complimented by other coaches and other teams for their stellar defense, strong pitching, strong offense and good attitude. After losing our first game in a one-run nailbiter, the girls persevered and stormed through the bracket to make it into the qualifying rounds.

Our girls and our coaches are now working hard to prepare the team for CA State Games.

And we need your help to get the girls and their families down to Southern California for this awesome experience. Your donations will help to cover travel costs, lodging, tournament fees, uniforms and other tournament expenses.
