The Hernandez Family

This is difficult to write. Yesterday evening November 28th, Sergio Hernandez passed away unexpectedly due to health complications leaving us all shaken, scared and saddened. Sergio was a wonderful husband and father to his wife of 27 years Erika Hernandez and two daughters, Kayla and Emily Hernandez, whom he dedicated his whole life to. He was a dear friend to many and lived a life leading with his heart and kindness to everyone around him. He freely offered his help, whether it be a helping hand, or a listening ear to anyone in need. His presence is missed already by so many. Death is never something anyone ever plans for and at just 48 years old, with so much life to live, God has chosen to have Sergio by his side. God has a reason for His doing and although his family is devastated, they are also overwhelmed by the love and support they have received already from everyone that was lucky enough to have met Sergio and called him a friend. Those we hold closet to our hearts never truly leave us. They live on in the kindness they have shared and the love they brought into our lives.
