Monday afternoon Justin went to work as usual, came home ate his meal prep as always, but this time started feeling a little nauseated and bloated. Spent the remainder of the night in and out of the bathroom throwing up. Next day he went back to work, came home to eat meal prep but this time pain in the chest , he was drenched in sweat and started to throw up blood. We finally arrived at the Emergency Room around 9pm where he was told something was seriously wrong and for us not to leave. Nurses came in and out giving him pain and nausea medicine but still the throwing up continued , the doctor came in said we would have to be transported to another hospital and admitted over night to see a Gastroenterologist Intestinal doctor in the morning. We were told he had an ulcer in his Esophagus and a larger one in his stomach that both had tears which were causing the internal bleeding and had we not come in his stomach would have ruptured. They went in with a scope down his throat to cauterize & clip the tears to prevent more bleeding and further damage. We have been told that his blood count has been slowly dropping so they will be keeping us until Friday. If it red blood cell count goes below 12 we will have to have another procedure done. We are asking for any kind of donation from those who know & care about Justin to alleviate some of this financial burden. Even if it’s just $5 that’s $5 more than we had!
For those trying to get in contact with him but have yet to hear anything he has been under a lot Sedation to make sure he doesn’t throw up again and burst open those tears, which would cause him to bleed out. He thanks you all for reaching out and checking on him though !!
