Help fund a operation for Nigel

Hi My name is Fely Peralta
I am trying to raise money for my Grandson Nigel. He lives in the Phillipines w his Mother (my daughter). Nigel is a twin who was born on April 18, 2015. When Nigel was born they found a 2 wholes in his heart. Nigel's brother Nathan was born healthy. Nigel was taken to the Phillipines Heart Center in Manila.. Doctors there said that Nigel needs a operation by the age of 1 year old. Since Nigel has been born he has been sick w many pneumonia and other complications. Nigel has to receive this surgery or else he will not survive. Unfortuantly in the Phillipines there is no health Insurance..the operation has to be paid in full privatly. The total cost of the operation is 550,000 peses...which is about 13,000 USD. My Family and I are working hard and overtime everyday and doing everything we can to raise money to give little Nigel this operation and a chance at life!!
