I used to be the girl that struggled with my weight, image, and self love... it took me 22 years to realize that I can change my view of myself... at 25, I have lost over 40 lbs, dedicated myself to fitness and couldn't be more inlove with whom I have become. I have decided that it is time to set new goals and follow dreams that I never thought were obtainable... With YOUR help, I will compete July 9th in my first figure competition. I WILL FOLLOW MY DREAM!! As I do so, I hope that I can encourage other people to do the same, even if it isn't fitness related. Thank you for all of your help and support in advance!!
